Each agent can have different conditions which they expect that the organization meets according to exactly how they are connected by interface to the organization. Did you determine the principal agents and their different and collective conditions of your organization? Initially you must determine who your agents are! The agents can include suppliers, customers, consumers, shareholders, workmen, management, those alive near the place of businesses - neighbors, the companies, the schools, the hospitals, the government agencies and legislative, the organizations of certification and the nongovernmental bodies. The conditions can include, but not be limited to, safety of the product, product and uniformity and conformity of service to the characteristics, healthiness and safety, the wellbeing of ! workman, the social responsibility, and the real organizations, or potential impact on the local or total environment, impact on the biodiversity and the protection of the ecosystems, and if it is suitable health of the animals and wellbeing.
