20 - 15 and 12 Years In Prison - Every Choice Has A Consequence

Each month, for this matter each week, without fault, a bill of indictment or an advertisement about a sentence of prison makes the news of a dramatic fashion. Is not now any different. What is different is a tendency which should draw the attention - particularly with those which could consider the gray sector of the moral choices. Reports/ratios of Wall Street Journal, "Monday, old John frameworks and Timothy Rigas d' Adelphia brought back to the federal prison in Butner, N.C. John, founder and his son Timothy, the former financial leader in chief of Adelphia d' Adelphia, were condemned in 2004 on the multiple expenses of fraud, but had remained freely on the presser all while calling some with their convictions. John was condemned to 15 years, Timothy 20. Certainly, the shareholders of Adelphia (the company they are condemned fraud) suffered financially, but in the same way, their families will have their changed lives in the unexpected ways. It is reported that elder Rigas has cancer. Which potentially dramatic end with the life to note that death! with one occurs in prison. The probability that a 82 year old! man wil l survive 20 years in prison is not very probable. Useless to say, his/her children will be affected with other members of its family. Of the same New York stop watch of the reports/ratios, "Sanjay KUMAR, old senior staff of Computer Associates, now known under the name of CA Inc., started to be used a limit as 12 year old prison yesterday for its role in a fraud of accountancy $2.2 billion with the company software. But, again at the subject, during this presentation the group was presented with several situations where "ethics" can be brought into play. The result was attracti! ve. Among a group of people professed morals, there was no res! ponse of open space. Thus what makes that must make with sentences of prison for people judged to be guilty various crimes. Perhaps nothing or perhaps all. Starting from my own differently moral experiment as anybody, my first company in the behavior clearly non conformist did not begin outside like choice obvious non conformist. Rather, I plunged my toe in "the gray sector" of the moral decision-making thinking that there was no consequence. At the beginning there was no - at least none which I could distinguish. But, each choice has a consequence. Rigases and the KUMAR test that today, even while you read these m ots. Ils seront comptés six fois par jour. Ils seront connus comme nombre.
