Stop Stealing and Acting Corruptly
When teaching on the importance of the bases and the fundamental principles for the successful life, two schoolboys laying out to play professional football were frightened to learn that God had said, "you will not fly". They realized that wheel was false but they did not know why. This eighth command in the Ten commands draws our attention to the way in which we think and the way in which we live. Which will be our approach? Will our emphase be on obtaining rather than to give? The flight is a sign of the avarice of the man where it thinks that all will have any reason when it acquires material or intangible things, without considering the thoughts and the feelings of others. The borders and the conventions established by the company and God are scorned and rejected, having for épitomé result of selfishness. God the Almighty would make us appreciate the needs and the lines of others. This command safeguards and protects our legitimate line to acquire and have the property. ! Our approach with the material richness must be balanced. God wants that us employs what it provides wisely. The possessions must never not become our primary continuation in the life. The material blessings and the richness can be the means of achieving more important goals, as generosity rather than avarice justifies the choices which we make. This reflects the character of God who is so generous when it gives and creates. In the eyes of God, to give and be useful are more important than the money of palisade and the seizing possessions. "It which had flown must not fly more, but must work, doing something with useful with its own hands, which it can have something to divide with those in the need." These councils, given to the specific disciples of Jesus, indicate that before they came to the faith as a Christ, they had been robbers, and teaching necessary to cease the flight. Queest this which require to be taught to cease flying and to make this massive transformation ! in the attitude from obtaining to give? Robbers can be forgive! n - even those which flew of God. Aren't you happy? Some people can not realize that they can steal God. How did that go? There were those which really required of God, "how we steal you?" - and back the answer came, "in said and the offers". Since the people of God did not give a tenth of their income, more of the offers of offer they brought all the nation under a curse. To give a tenth of your income was the law at this time particular. We are not any more under the terms of the law. We are free law when it has suddenly been exact to the eyes of God, but surely this freedom does not mean that we give less. We are now free to give more. When Zacchaeus met Jesus Christ it realized that he was a swindler. As a leader of customs it had striped his own pocket. He had been a completely corrupted character, stealing God and stealing the people of God. The transformation in the life of Zacchaeus is astonishing. Knowing he had been a cheater and a swindler, he had to put things well and t! o make the restitution. He said to Jesus that he was going to give again the people of which he had flown, four times what he had sinfully taken. God says that wheel is false. Funds are diverted in various companies of advertising film and businesses - the program for food of the United Nations "to currently oil" in Iraq being under the meticulous examination. Even charities from time to time discover people with their fingers in until, and of the money of overseas of assistance is mysteriously trapped. There is little "love your neighbor" when the man behaves in a so abominable way. The corruption occurs because the man is corrupted, and Jesus Christ comes to correct this consequence of the autumn. We must know that. Jesus Christ came to put well what badly turned.
