Integrity, Self-Awareness, and Leadership

The integrity is generally accepted to be an essential quality in a chief. It is usually defined in terms of honesty and to strongly adhere to a moral code. However, once applied to the not-human sectors such as a body of the data, or an ecosystem, something which with the "integrity" "intact", "whole", or "is not trifouillé". It was in fact the original significance of the word (of the Latin significance "intact"). The integrity thus came to morally mean "the noise" by metaphorical prolongation. As so much often with metaphors applied to a human subjective experiment, us can discover something of useful when we take the metaphor literally. To consider a person who attacks an interior conflict. It may be that two their more important values are in conflict, or that they cannot choose between the solutions of replacement which seem to also try (or also alarming). Since memory, the study and the behavior are influenced by the emotive states, it could even be that what they bel! ieve and how they significantly act change according to the way in which they feel. Can a person whom has of the conflicts intern nondefinite significant be a good chief? He is doubtful. Such a person would have evil to make them the decisions and the stick, because any alternative which they choose would leave with part of itself dissatisfied. Moreover, when you feel ambivalent about your own decisions, it is difficult to defend them against criticism. The conflicts intern so much nondefinite do not lead to the good control. They lead to indecision, contradiction, and an incapacity to stick to your guns - none of which are the desirable characteristics in a chief. In order to establish the healthy internal base (also known under the name of "character") which is necessary for control, you must identify your own values and solve all the conflicts of values which you discover. Being clear about your own values and acting as conformity with them also means that you will be pe! rceived like "walking your maintenance" - the principal elemen! t while carrying out for example. The thing most important to remember about the emotive intelligence because it applies to control is that the conscience of oneself is the base on which all other "competences" of emotive intelligence are based. If you do not realize of your own emotions, it is impossible to control them and hard to include/understand the emotions of others; alternatively, individual-management and the empathy are things necessary to be able to handle and inspire by the emotions in others.
